Airtel Digital TV Excess money recovered from me

This is with reference to your email regarding package related for your Airtel DigitalTV ID 3018006167.

I recharged for 2 years from May 2017 to May 2019. The SMS from Airtel also confirmed the same after recharge. But some of the channels that I did not activate in May 2017 were continued to be activated without my consent based on what I activated in May 2016. This is complete cheating and ridiculous. Because of this, my account was suspended in August 2018 instead of May 2019 when it is supposed to complete.



Here below, what I activated in 2017 May, when I recharged for a year.



Details:



South Max Tamil Standard : Rs/-2123 [ activated in May 2017]



South Max Tamil : Rs/-606 [ silently carried forward without my consent from 2017 to 2018 august until finally suspending the service]



Bada Kids : Rs/-710 [ silently carried forward without my consent from 2017 to 2018,august until finally suspending the service]





English News: Rs/-828 [ silently carried forward without my consent from 2017 to 2018,august until finally suspending the service]



iKidsworld: Rs/-649 – I opted for this in May 2017.



Recorder : Rs/-778 I opted for this in May 2016 and not 2017. [ silently carried forward without my consent from 2017 to 2018,august until finally suspending the service]
