Sir.I had purchase power bank Samsung from BOOK MY OFFER online for Rs,400/-.
Its not only used product but also FAKE repaired product. It is not at all
Samsung product.They had sold it using the brand name which is an
offence.
And more over the product back cover is opened which clearly
indicates that its a damaged peace and is been serviced.
It is purely delhi item sold in the same of Samsung.
I Had already sent any mail the same day ie. on 23rd dec 16 along with the snaps of the products but they did not respond till today.
I also tried to call on their CC number 8010001133 but could not reach the customer care executive more than 50 times.
Kindly arrange for the refund of the Rs.400/- along with the damages for causing damage and mental stress.
