I've a postpaid 649 plan, Ph. No. is 8918086598 got very bad network all time,Internet speed is very very low,complained several times (from Apr/May 2019),no improvement was there,now I want to port the provider or change the plan to prepaid but I have 300GB data balance now,which I could not use due to bad network. Now Airtel is telling me If I change the plan or provider the 300 GB data will be lapsed . I want to have a settlement on my Bill amount with the remain data balance price, because the price of 300GB data already I have paid with previous bill and could not use that only for network problem,that's not my fault. The price of 300GB data is not a small amount I think,so I need the adjustment with my due bill. I already told that to Airtel customer care executive but no answer I got.I think they will send me notice for payment of bill.Please help me.
