Early deactivation of my half channels on airtel digital tv

I recharged my airtel dth on 18th september 2019 customer id-3021635960 registered mobile number -8447909842 and my next recharge date is 15th october 2019..but from 12th October Half of my channels are deactivated..and when I call to customer care for the inconvenience they told me that your account balance is over..And when I told them my half channels are still active how is this possible if my balance is over then how are they running for that they tell its out of our knowledge we can't help about this... I am uploading 2 images where it is clearly show that on 13th oct today my account balance is still 37.40 ruppes and my recharge due date is 15th october 2019..and half of my channels are still running for that I am also uploading an image of star gold channel running on my tv on 13th october morning ..i want airtel to sort out my problem or give me 1 month free Recharge for this kind of disgusting service
