Complain for delay in delivery of a shoe cabinet from Godrej interio Biswa Bangla Store, Kolkata

This is to inform you that I have bought an Almirah and a shoe-rack from Godrej interio store (Dakshinapan Shopping Complex, Gariahat Road, 2, Raja Subodh Chandra Mullick Road, Dhakuria, Biswa Bangla Store, Kolkata, West Bengal 700068; Phone:033 2423 7462) on 1st July, 2016. These are to be delivered at my address (M-443/2; Patuli, Kolkata-700094) on 5th July according to them. But they failed to deliver anything on the said day and after calling to them I got the delivery of only the almirah on 11th July. And it is 27th August today still there is no sign of delivery of the shoe-rack. This is really embarrassing and unprofessional attitude from the brand like Godrej. Moreover they failed to provide the exact color of the shoe-cabinet which I chose at the showroom and made me to mail them requesting to change the color which is available in the store. I did that also but still no sign of shoe-cabinet. I called them repeatedly to solve the problem but they are neglecting the issue. It's really in a disgusting stage now and if possible please do something or refund my money immediately because I can't take this headache anymore. I don't know whether these complaints will get any attention but if it catches your eyes, DO SOMETHING ASAP
