Dear sir/Madam
i am Anand Kumar my cell number is 8801634563 i raised complaint on 30th of January 2017, SR 73834163,
as i am using Post Paid connection with this worst network, and requested several time to solve the Network Issue problem but they did't and raising bills for not using also, and when i asked for porting to other network they used to say wait for 7days and the problem will be solved every time, and says to pay up the bill you wont get any problem and this Network Issue will be solved. But still now it was not yet solved and asking bill to pay, So please tell me i have to pay when i am not using this service and also they are not giving any chance to port the network also. please do need full to my complaint.
