Airtel digital tv - Regarding recharge validity problem

I am using Airtel DTH [ID-3015665179] since 3 years, many time i faced issue of NO Signal and 3rd time i called customer care (12150,0522-4448080) and the nightmare started.

"I would like to inform you that I recharged Rs-2155 by the information given by your executive, and Airtel executive was told that your TV's validity will be 10 month's .
But the message sent by you will become validity on May 8, 2018."

1. customer care number is not toll free (money collection of airtel starts here), deliberately discuss non-sense things for long time and have no solution. this is not customer care, this is customer nightmare.

2. there is Field service department which sends technician to repair but customer care & field support has no co-ordination and both of them contradicts the so called AIRTEL process. pathetic 'Process" word is used just to ignore customer problems.

3. (complain id -74125601) Customer care executive (Manjeet Singh) promises to call back to resolve issue but does not solve anything and calls only as courtesy. he has no brain to come up with specific action plan to resolve issue.

4. Complaint ID1: 73825589 (Manoj Kumar ) raised 3 days ago and still no service personal for service. but its not free service (150rs charge for 1 visit)... except solving problem they do everything else.

5. Complaint ID: 74149205 raised against technician and field Manager behavior and ignorence for attending service (paid service) without given solution he will disconnet my call.
