I have one Airtel dongle sim by which I have made anairtel payment bank account when I was doing payment my account was some how blocked now when I am trying to reach airtel there is no proper response from them and the have msg me that you need to submit adhar card self attested to verify your identity my question is why is hould submit it.its there mistake that they have created my account through that sim its really is a mental torcher so many mails I have dropped to call me on my number +919958610964 but they didn't
