my post paid connection no is 9456617889 .i convert post paid to prepaid application dt.14.08.2017 to your air tel branch add.B-44 kamala nagar Agra branch but till now my mobile no not convert and my no is block dt 14.08.2017 .i paid full and final payment of my post paid plane.please informe me whit in 5 days your kamla nagar branch no coptate me and paresaan kar ke rakh deya hai please help me
