Airtel Payment Bank - Money deducted towards recharge but mobile not recharged.

I have opened account in Airtel Payment Bank with mobile no. 9719324202. Yesterdays I recharge a Mobile of Idea No. is 9927315955 by Rs. 60/- (Transaction ID No. 298354870) and Airtel deducted my money from my wallet but Idea No. not recharged till date. When I contacted them they says that from their side recharge done but Idea says that no transaction done.
Complaint Against / To: AIRTEL PAYMENT BANK.
