I have booked a flight from kolhapur to Mumbai on 19th Oct to travel on 30th of October 2021, using easymytrip website. On the 25th oct I got a msg from the trujet saying that flight has cancelled due to unavailability and they told it will be refunded within 5 working days. And now it's 15 days I still haven't received any refund amount.I Try to call on their customer care number but no one is responsive, please help us to get the refund amount and help others to stop getting cheated from this
