After above transaction I didn't have money left to book ticket but had to go with my family. I couldn't go due to makemytrip/spicejet.
Sir look at the irony - customer care no provided by makemytrip in public domain doesn't respond if customer do not have PNR no.I cant complain about the same. I was helpless.
"Mai Jag gaya hu" from Jao Grahak jago - I want justice & refund my money with compansation of 5 laks from the guilty service provider.
unntil the guilty are not punished, they don't improve, they repeat the same.
Because till now the money has not been given back to me. This proves that their intention is wrong and they want to embezzle my money. If it was just a technical fault, why didn't I get my money back even after 45 days?
