Didn't Refund the booking Amount

Hello, My name is Aman sharma i booked my ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore on 2nd December 2020 from travolook.com, on the same day the ticket will be cancelled by travolook itself, and they will send me the cancellation mail.
i contacted him (travolook customer support) they told me that we will refund your amount on 18-20 working days.
but when i called after 20 working days the amount would not be transferred, they again told me, due to some technical issue we will not transfer your amount, but next 10 working days we will definitely transfer your amount.
Now 29th jan 2020 the amount will not be transferred yet. and not a single mail was received from your side, this is not the way to communicate to the customer.
