Not refunding money of cancelled flight to my bank account.

According to government official notice for refunding amount of flight tickets indigo 6E and Goibibo are refunding money as credit shell and not into the bank account. This problem was tweeted by me on Jago grahak Jago’s account but no reply from them. So please help. I have given government official letter and my ticket as attachment

    Dear sir/mam,

    This is umesh kumar sinha. I was working in gurgaon and currently working in jamshedpur, so I have to shifted my home goods from gurgaon, maruti kunj to Jamshedpur, dimna road, New subhas colony.

    I have consulted to DSL Express Packers and Movers in gurgaon for shifting my goods and they have committed to me for that my goods would be reached at my current address within a week.

    But my goods are not reached here yet and now they are denied to supply my goods. As appropriate one month delayed and they don't comitted for supply my goods.


    My goods cost is rs. 500000/- (5 lacs), but currently I have money concern so that the goods insurance is for 2 lacs only. Because I have to pay 1.5% of my goods cost which is a additional cost for me so I have consider only 2 lacs for my goods.

    My total transport charges is 51227/- which is total amount paid to Ashok verma. The transport bills are herewith attached for your reference.

    As discussed today with Ashok verma, he denied to supply my items and he threaten to me whatever you can do, do it I will see you.

    I am sure my goods are stolen by them or sell out to anyone.
    As I have called on each different number for different places on given their bill, the call is connected to the same person and feel they are fraud.

    So, please help me to keep out from this issue.
