Refund Amount against the Spice jet they are not refunding the amount

this is against the Spice jet they are not refunding the amount even though the journey was canceled and The PNR No: XEINXK.
They are not responding to my request and i booked this ticket on 26-nov-2016 this journey was from delhi to Bengaluru and the journey date was 18-dec-2016, the journey was canceled before and they said they gonna deduct the amount and the rest of the amount will be refunded on 7working days. The amount need to refund is 1687 and when i ask them they said it was refunded on 25-dec-2016 and when i checked my bank statement it was not reflected and then i send the same statement to spice jet and they said they gonna give me the RRN number and from 5th jan to 15th jan they took time to give me the RRN number. Today i took that RRN number enquired the same with the bank they are telling the amount has been not refunded and the RRN number is invalid. so please take action on this.
