No refund for cancelled flight

I have booked a flight from Bidar to Bengaluru on 27th September to travel on 1st of October 2021, using trujet.com website. On the next day I got a call from the trujet saying that flight has cancelled due to unavailability and they told it will be refunded within 5 working days. And now it's almost a month I still haven't received any refund amount.I Try to call on their customer care number but no one is responsive, please help us to get the refund amount and help others to stop getting cheated from this
