Flight cancelled but did not get refund

Please find attached photo(Etihad_Ticket) of my Etihad ticket booked through Makemytrip. Flight itself is cancelled due to COVID-19(Etihad_flight_cancellation)
I got the update from travel agent , Airline is not providing refund , only open ticket option is available for future use.But which is not at all suitable for me.
I should get full refund from Airlines through Makemytrip. and I have got confirmation on twitter from Etihad.(Etihad_confirmation_twitter)
Please do the needful.
