Refund of my cancelled Air ticket

Hi Sir, I had booked air-ticket against PNR# M75NYY for a travel on 5th April 2020 but on 25th March 2020 airline had cancelled the ticket. Later on that amount has been kept in the form of credit shell and that needs to be redeemed on or before 28th Feb 2021.I need your help in getting the refund in the form of cash or account transfer instead of credit shell as i cannot use that on or before 28th Feb 2021.
