Consumer complaint regrading tatadocomo for Heavily Chraged for Incorrect Data usage

Dear Team,

I have been using my tatadocomo number 9028385299 for more than a year.

I normal data usage is 1 to 2 GB per month, and my experience was good with the pricing so far.

But now, for the first time, incorrect data has been charge to me.

I had done a recharge of Rs. 359 and got 3GB data on 27th August with 28 days validity. My balance was Rs. 4000+
Till 11 Sep 2016 – I was in Pune and had more than 1 GB data (in Pune 3G works and I was using 3G data)
From 11 Sep to Sep 14 2016 – I was in Mumbai (where only 3G works and not 3G)

On Sep 15 2016 – My data balance is zero now, and balance reduced to Rs. 800+ from Rs. 4000+ - A big loss of more than 3000+ for in 3 days.

The pricing seems to be highly inaccurate and I need my money back which has been deduced so far in the last 3 days.

A complaint has been raised Ref No. PBR1238289, but the executives are not ready to admit that there is some glitch. Kindly investigate and do the justice.
