Niteo Furnitures Pvt. Ltd. (at Mahim, Mumbai) are cheaters

We had booked Shoe Shelf (L5, white color) at Times Furniture, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai.
Our Order No. 427 dt. 6th Dec, 2015.

In spite of repeated follow ups, till date we have not recieved the shoe shelf.

When we spoke to Customer care on 80802 90999 and on 65020099 / 91675 25429 (Ubaid) many times, we were always given false promises and excuses.

We feel we have been cheated.
