I have purchased Bajaj food peocesssor Fx-13, sR. NO. V103111500479from Vijay Sales, Borivali west ON 24-04-2016 V.No. 106-BRO4-16SI 1588 . I have just used it twice then one day it just stopped working. My main motive behind purchasing food processor is ata kneading use. First time technical person from the company repaired it. Product worked in front of him but as soon as I poured ata in the container and switched on the processor, it just worked fro few seconds and then stopped. This problem got repeated for numerous times. But every time company just kept sending technical person instead of changing the product as it is cleaed that if same complaint is getting repeated there is some problem in product itself may be production fault. The details of complaint registration numer and date is as follows.
Complaint no. 9738683 on 11.05.2016, 9778914 on 17-05-2016, 9859546 on 31-05-2016, 9918645 on 10.-06-2016, 9994477 on 23-06-2016, 10019729 on 28-06-2016 and last on 11-08-2016 which is still pending. I have purchased the product on 24-04-2016, installement and demo was done by company on 30.05.2016 during such a short period product just worked 4-5 times and complaint was registered for 7 times. I want my money back or to replace the product.
