Complaint against Dish TV recharge policy is not clear

I want Dishtv to give in writing about their Recharge Policy as it is not very clear for which services does the recharge done by the customer apply to. Moreover, all the feedback i have given to DishTV as customer feedbacks is not taken seriously rather my Feedbacks are being Misrepresented & misquoted and callbacks from senior as agreed by the customer care executive has not been provided to me.

I want DishTV to provide all the complete terms & conditions in written format as regards their Recharge Policy.
