Hi, This is to bring in notice that Vodafone is charging for sevices that i have not used and also i have ported out of vodafone from 1st July and started using Airtel, and now when i want to port out of Airtel because of pathetic services,and would like o join Idea cricle, vodafone has raised a issue that i have not paid there last bill and its allowing me to port out, stating that i have not paid there last bill. If i did not pay the last bill why did vodafone allowed me to port out, and after that i did not even get a call or any communication from vodafone to pay the bill until now , and its 4 months that i have already ported out and vodafone states i owe them 1600 rupees approximately. Also i visited there store and no one was ready to believe this and also could not help me with account statement and my last bill copy, stating that they dont have access and asked me get in touch with current service provider that is Airtel. I haver already cleared all dues with Airtel month by month and they say that i dnt owe them anything. Vodafone is giving me a hard time and also not allowing me to portout of Airtel.This is insane and they should be taught a lesson.Also people started laughing at me that i cant pay a bill and i would like to port out and i felt very bad.
