Days not refunded for Youbroadband service malfunction

I have a youbroadband account with my user name is amar124. Their connection was not in service for 21 days I.e. without internet. Now it’s been 30 days I lodge a days refund request. They have acknowledge the problem but nobody is aware where is it stuck and when it will be credited.
