Vodafone Customer care Complain International Roaming Free Charge

My mobile number is 09593860847. I have recharged 4025 rupees (on 31st Sept, 2018) for international roaming free for ten days (31 Sept, 2018 to 9th Sept, 2018 for Japan). When I reached in Japan I tried to connect the network but it was not connected. I tried to contact several times to vodafone customer care executive through another Indian mobile number but they could not give any proper solution. I have lodge one complain on 2nd Sept, 2018. The complain number is 2445366254. Again, after returning from Japan (8th Sept, 2018) I contacted with your CCE MR. Nitish Das but he could not give any valuable solution. Again I mailed on 14 Sept, 2018 and Somdatta reply me that she will investigate and reply with in 3 working days but still now (22 Sept,2018) I did not get any mail and refund. They are simply looted huge money from customer without giving any service.
