Mobile no 7045689169, since April 2018 to as on date this mobile no used., however, Vodaphone sending us outstanding.

Also I have informed to them in 2018 , this mobile no deactive mobile., after long time they approached to us for clear the outstanding.

Why should I pay the payment? if I haven't use this mobile no.

Request you to pls help on this matter.
