HI Team,

Myself Rani Jain. I lost my mobile so i applied for a duplicate sim card by reaching to Vodafone store (Mumbai).

1. I went on 18.11.2019 at Santacruz West store and they provided me a new sim card.
2. After few hours on 18.11.2019 i got a message that the sim could not be processed without stating the reason for rejection.
3. Then i went to Vodafone store near phoenix mall in Kurla. Where I asked for rejection reason but the RM told me that don't care about the reason we will issue a new card and it will get activated. I waited for an hour there for activation but it didn't work and RM took my number that he will give me a call in case it got rejected.
4. After few hours, again i received message for rejection that sim could not be activated without stating reason.
5. On 19.11.2019 i again visited Santacruz West store where i had to wait for an hour. She asked me for license stating that original card was issue on license. I gave her and she promised me that it will get activated in few hours.
6. On 19.11.2019 again it got rejected without stating any reason.
7. On 20.11.2019 again i visited Santacruz West store where they told me that number relates to Gujarat circle they can't help me.

Now, Its almost three days i applied for duplicate sim and Vodafone is asking me to go to Gujarat for sim card activation. In India where we are moving towards digitisation Vodafone is asking me to go to Gujarat for sim activation.
