We are a subscriber for YOU broadband connection for internet services. I have been a customer for more than one and half years of You broadband. the internet services are working from the last few days. I have logged a complaint the day the services are stopped and not yet resolved. No one from You broadband contacted me so far. i have been reaching out to customer care every day and they always say the incident escalated to resolve asap.

Request you to look in to this matter and suggest further course of action.
