I changed my prepaid plan and get new connection from vi.. they charged me for 1000/- so that time I have 700/- and will tell them give 300/- later..
I asked for recipe so she said no one in india gives recipe for this..
For just 10-15 minutes work they charged 1000/- so I thought to call customer care for that and I call on vi customer care and got shocked
Customer care executive tell me that they never charged for this kind of procedure
That’s clear please take some action otherwise it won’t stop
It was fraud with me by Vi store in nashik near KTHM collage near Micky Mouse Hospital
