VI Companies Billing torchure with Postpaid Customer

Hi

My number 9514457779 has too many clusters of issues from the beginning.
I have even raised multiple complaints with many departments to resolve the issues.

Still, creating new allegations with the customers is not good enough for your business.

I have taken 4 sim cards and only 2 Sim cards are active. I have paid 1173/- for the 4 sim cards for nearly 10 months. You VI company do not have any mercy with anyone. Your VI company needs to cheat others' money with your fake attitudes and plans.
After too many requests with various departments in April 2023 the VI company guys called me and told me the tariff will be changed to 539/- for active 2 Sim cards. But now the customer care told me i have to pay 999 + Tax for the last month and the new plan amount. So now the total charges is 1022/-

Again and Again you Fake VI Company never leave a customer simply. Always want to disturb people and collect money illegally by blaming fake plans.

I want an emergency resolution for these issues. Please take serious action against the VI Company and Protect other customers from the VI Companies Money Trafficking business.
