micromax mobiles reparing in the warranty period.

I have purchased a micromax mobile in a month of June 2015. After immediate 4 months Mobile phone starting to give problem and became a dead and battery of mobile also dead.
Therefore, I went to the Micromax service Center - M/s Tammana Infotech, Shop No.9, Radhika Niwas, /m.W.road,Andheri east, Mumbai
1) Service center refused to solve the two problem of mobile that is replacement battery and repairing of handset at a time saying that this is a rule of company that no customer can not avail this two repair/replacement at the same time.
Now, I say that mobile phone is a one product and how any company like micromax mobile is refusing to solve the problem of a customer. saying that this are two different things.

2) I submitted a battery for replacement in the above said service center on 08/12/2015.
Till date I not received a replaced battery (Company were given a 6 month replacement warranty).

3) After continuously visiting to the Service center they were fail to given me a replaced battery till date.

4) I submitted a mobile handset in the same service center on 15/04/2016 stating that last four month i am waiting to receive a battery. But, you are not providing the same and due to this one year warranty will be expired.

5) After inquiring to the service center head for the Complaint book in the service center. she told me that there is a no any complaint book in the service center for the customer. She also refused to give me a status of the same in the written.

6) As a result till date i do not received a both mobile handset and battery from the above mentioned service center of micromax mobile company.

7) I say that after paying a full payment of Rs.710/- to the company for purchasing the mobile phone as a customer my right to use the product is suspended from 08/12/2015 to till date after doing payment for the same.

8) Also I have got a lot of trouble due to this. in economically(travelling to the service center), and Mentally due to this.

9) I hereby request you to look into the matter and solve the problems of customer. There should be some assured time for the replacement and repairing of the product.
