Complaint for Water Filter brought a water filter Aqua Ro for Rs. 14000

I have brought a water filter Aqua Ro for Rs. 14000 in November 2015. From the day I have brought it there has been a problem of fresh water non availability in the filter. I have complained several times and they have repaired it also but its very harassing to file a compaint every week or max 10 days. Therefore I kindly request you to please redress this matter and order the dealer to replace the product and free me from this harassesment through which I am going through from the last 5-6 months.
