Hi Team,

This is Amit Gokhale from Mumbai. I would like to bring to you notice about an on-going fraud started the The Nice Tours (Fraud Tours).

I received a call from them stating that they have some nice tours for Rs9669/- upon which if we book the tours, we will be gifted a Samsung Phone or A Cannon Digital Camera.Unfortunately like many others, we too fell for this fraud. We spoke to a person name Mr. Rajiv (9711352367) who's number is now switched off and the main number shows as not reachable.

I had to register on-line complaint with The Grahak Suraksha.

Later they started picking up the calls and also said that they had some 'server issues' due to which their phone lines were down. Upon speaking to Mr Rahul, he said that as per our talks they have sent the courier ( Samsung mobile phone) and I shall receiev it in 5 to 6 working days. I was also given a tracking number so that I can be atleast believe that they have sent me the 'gift'.

I received the courier and to my surprise it was a 'bag' instead of ' samsung phone'. We called up The Nice Tours ( Fraud tours) and Mr Rahul first said that since I had complained against them, Mr Rahul in revenge cancelled the phone and sent a bag instead. Later he said that if we give him a chance he will send us the phone and within 10 mins of saying this statement he said that he cannot send us the phone. The phone conversation went for an hr and later it was decided to give them another chance and Mr Rahul said he will update us on our hotel bookings in 2 days (which we knew they will never go by their words).

Later on 26th July I called The Nice Tours and to our shock Mr Rahul said that he will check for our bookings and let us know in next 2 days, wherein our booking was from 24th July to 26th July.

I have the phone recordings for the calls made and received by and to The Nice Tours.

We have already made a payment of Rs.9966/- on 30th June via online portal.
