Incorrect flight tickets and information provided - Thomas Cook India

The ticket was from Delhi to Mexico via Guangzhou Baiyun (1 stop) as mentioned in the ticket and Thomas cook website during and after booking (attached reference docs) on 10th May. Yesterday when i tried to check - in i got this monumental shock from the airliner that in actuality the flight i had booked on Thomas cook has an additional stop at Canada apart from the one in Guanghzou and hence cannot let me board as i didn't have a Canada transit visa or ETA. Sir i never had a problem with taking the required visa for travel, its a international trip and i am well aware of these requirements but the information was not conveyed or mislead in the tickets as wellas the Thomas cook flights portal due to which it came to this. What is appalling is nowhere is the word Canada mentioned neither in the flight tickets or the Thomas cook portal.
