Refund of registration charges request to Airtel for a broadband connection

This is regarding my request to Airtel for a broadband connection.
On 19 September 2016, I made a request online for a broadband connection. An Airtel representative by the name of Govind(contact number 9958345210)came to my house on 20 September 2026 and collected an activation charge of Rs. 1000 from me and said that a broadband connection will be given to me in 24 to 48 hours. Despite persistently calling Govind for an entire one week, I didn't get any response from him. When I called the customer care, I was told that no request for registration of broadband connection has been made on my behalf. Accordingly, the customer care representative filed a complaint on my behalf and said that the complaint will be resolved within the next 24 hours.
When I did not get any response from Airtel for 24 hours, I called the customer care again and was told that my area isn't feasible for a broadband connection and that I should request a refund of the activation charge paid by me.
I have sent several e mails requesting for a refund of the activation charge and sent all the relevant account details, yet I have not received the refund. It has been over 3 months.
