Respected Sir,
I Tarvinder Singh Marwah a residence of B-3/242 PASCHIM VIHAR.I'm living here with my family and using airtel for a long time and have been getting the same problem that is networking problem in wi-fi and mobile.Because of this neither my wi-fi nor my mobile phones work properly .Now it's a limit and I'm SICK of Airtel.
I have complained many times at '121' but no action has been taken till date and I'm suffering.My complaints are:

Every time your employee came and said that they will arrange the REPEATER for us but nothing has happened till today.Now you tell whether i am not paying the bill on time or any due pending.If you are not providing me the service then on what basis are you taking the bill payments from me every month.What panelty will you pay to me and i am getting harassed by your company.
This is my last reminder to let me know by what time my complaint would be taken under consideration . last but not the least i want my compensation for the last ten months and coming months till my problem is solved for the charges payed by me for all my mobile phones and wi-fi connection.
