I have registered a complaint of my TV not working. The company personnel checked n inf me that they wud replace the TV as it is 5 year range and part not available.. After 10 days since nothing was done v approached them only to b inf that the part was available n they wud obtain and fix the same.. After another 10 days v contact them and they reply that the part is held up in transit and would be released in a few days time.. Still no response.. Today it is more than a month and my frequent calls are being unanswered. I have written to the customer care and they reply that the matter is being looked into..please help as I am unable to reach them over the phone and unable to go there often as I am a senior citizen. Even my viewing TV is suspended for so long. Please help in this matter.. Thank you
