We purchase Onida 40 inch Tv [model no. LEO40FBV] past few months, but it is defective piece. Many times, I called to customer care in onida. but, I didn't get proper response from onida side. as soon as dealer
I am really disapponited from your customer care service and dealer also. How could your dealer sold us old model?. Many times we complaint to the dealer. He didn't solve this problem. Your service executive visited and he told us that, there is one part is totally gone.
