TV not working onida 32 inch Goa, purchased the TV on 15th June 2017

I have purchased the TV on 15th June 2017, size 32",Warranty card nos is 84221. Since beginning I m not happy with product. In aspect of everything. Today my TV was on all of sudden picture stopped coming and Red n blue coming cotinously on screen. I have kept TV off for more than a hour, removed all the power connection but still pic not coming, tired calling call center but no response. Request you to kindly assit me.
