No response from ebay.com purchased a handset Lenovo A6000

I purchased a handset Lenovo A6000 through ebay on 30.05.2016 thinking that i am purchasing a new one but when i received it, i found it as if it is used so raised a claim with ebay stating the set is used and asked for refund against which i received reply from ebay claim dept that the set is refurbished which was already mentioned online so my claim was rejected. So i thought of using the set but found that the set is not usable and so went to Lenovo service centre where after a long wait they said that there is no IMEI number mentioned in invoice received with product so we will not be able to take this set for repair. I sent an email to seller requesting for a invoice with IMEI number mentioned therein but didn''t received any reply from seller till date. I called customer care for reopening of the claim and they informed that i will be receiving call from ebay in next 10 days but i didn''t received any. I again called after 10 days wait and received a reply that i will be getting a call back from claim dept in next 5 days which is again passed. Its now a complete 1 month passed since i received this product and i am still waiting for call back from ebay claim department. Looking forward for your positive response and extended help in this regards.
