(Inspite of my data usage is off, whenever I am turning my gps on it autmotically cut my rupees from balance)
I have order a mobile from shopclues which was delivered on 16/6/16,
which i filled a return request for the mobile due to manufacturing defect on the next day itself.
I have visited infocus service center but they also said it can't be repaired even they are not providing Jobsheet
and the shopclues is denying for returning the product,
as my product is under 10 days buyers protection policy from shopclues.
I have wrote many emails to shopclues as well as phones calls to the shopclues customer care but
inspite of helping me they are rejecting my request.
I have call recording and emails if shopclues wants for verification.
Kindly help me to solve the problem so as to obtain the refund at the earliest.
