I'd purchased Mix Bag Caterpillar Boots With Great Quality & Tuff Material For Tuff Mens. Product ID: 162072573503 on 18-5-2016. First seller told me that he was running out of the stock. After so many phone calls he first send me this product via PROFESSIONAL COURIER with Airway Bill Details: z454551515 on 24-5-2016. But I was not getting the product. So I called the seller and at that time he told me that courier was misplaced by courier company. So, he send me another item with speed post. On 31-5-2016 I collected it from post office. When I opened the box, I got the different size and very poor material product. So I'd called seller & ebay costumer care service immediately at that time. But they always told me to give time for 24-48 hrs. for resolving this issue. And after that I'd made more than 15 attempts for resolve this problem. I'd tried a lot to communicate with ebay via phone, chat and email and also contacted with the seller but till date I am not getting proper resolution for this matter. On 9-6-2016 ebay asked me to provide them with proof of Item not being as Described. On 10-6-16 I'd submitted the proof of 7 images via mail and ebay claim department on ebay's website. Today, 13-6-16 I got call from ebay and they told me that I'd not given the proper proof to them.
So, till date ebay misguided me giving different excuses and reason. Now, I want my full refund ASAP. And also reimburse the courier charges if they want them faulty product back.
