Complain against freecharge blocked account without any reason and without any warning

My freecharge account blocked by freecharge without any reason and without any warning. There was 1736/- rupees in my freecharge account. When I contact to Freecharge, they asked for my bank account statement. and ID PROOF. I want to know that why I provide my bank account details ID PROOF REQUIRED??
