They are not refunding my money neither I am getting any costumer number to contact with them.my con

Shopping Complaint Complaint Date: October 24, 2018
I bought 2 saree from Snapdeal but due to some reason I cancelled the product before delivering. I got refund of only one saree. I told to Snapdeal regarding that but they told that refund processing is done from our side and if money is not credited in your account then contact your bank. When I contacted with my bank they told that they can't do anything about that you should talk with Snapdeal. Now I am not able to talk with Snapdeal customer care. So please provide the solution.
