We hired St: Mary's Earth Movers, Ranny, Pathanathitta ( Roshan - Ph: 6282 719 415) to remove some earth and level a 50-cent plot in pampady Kottayam.
They visited the plot and agreed to do the job between Rs. 60,000- 80,000 by leveling it into two levels.
We paid 77,000 for them and another 28,000 for another rock breaking person (Referred by the St: Marys). They left the plot halfway over a month from now. Now they are asking for 20-25 K additional as now they are saying some hourly rate and calculation. Also if they need to finish the job they are asking for an extra 80-90K.
