I have purchased soundlogic earbuds on dated 28.07.2023 from Reliance Retail Limited. The product received a 1 year warranty. I wrote so many times to you that the case of the same has not been charged and the product is under warranty but you have not responded to any of my emails. kindly tell me about repair or replacement of the same, Invoice is attached herewith for your reference..
