Defective Asus X541UA Laptop

I buy this laptop from capital computer centre , Samana (Patiala) on dated 13 September 2019 with one year warranty on its own responsibility. But after one month laptop doesn't work properly. Then I came to him to resolve the issue on 11/12/2019. The capital computer centre sent this defective laptop to service center. I receive this laptop after one month . But the issue yet not resolve. After the one month harassment he ask me to send this defective laptop to service center again.He refused to change this defective laptop. The shop owner told me that this is new laptop of Asus company but this was the demo piece laptop of Asus company. I checked its warranty on online website of Asus company with its S/n number. I was shocked when I saw that the laptop warranty was expired on 2018/07/18.
