My cooler stoped working on 5th June and I registered a complain regarding that on 6th June and my complain id is BN06061900298.And it’s not get solved till date. And Whenever I called them they say their technician will come in 48 hrs. Which never happen. I really get mentally harassed by these people. I want them to drag into court for playing with customer trust and feelings. They don’t concentrate on how to solve issue instead of that they just Harass customer mentally. I want to sue on this people please help me on this. Guide me how can I do that.
