Not replacing the faulty unit, I have purchased AC in may 2019

I have purchased AC in may 2019 and just after working for 15 days the AC GOT FAULTY. Now the dealer and Regional manager is saying that tomorrow it will be replaced but till today their tomorrow has not arrived. . It's so hot and if I had to live without AC then why should I have purchased it.
Kindly let me know how to get my issue solve
