Damaged goods, fake promises and no proof of insurance cover by Pikkol packers movers

HORRIBLE experience with Pikkol.com
1. Pikkol(Chetan and Gomathi) forced me to make the advance payment, i wanted to hold some amount so that i get assured that i get my stuff delivered nicely. But i was badly forced to pay in full, both of them warned (threatened) me that "dispatch will not happen if i dont make the payment in full in advance".
2. Pikkol promises closed container for intercity moves, But my goods was picked up in an open Karnataka registered truck, when i asked the packer guys about it, they assured me very politely that "this is only for picking up your luggage, Your luggage will be transferred to a closed container within an hour, and the same will be going to chennai to dispatch your stuff".
3. After 4 days at the time of delivery, the same OPEN TRUCK which was used to pick up my goods in Bangalore, arrived in Chennai, that means they kept my luggage open for 4 days. When i called Surjeet asking about this, he became rude instantly and said "Dont argue with me, call pikkol and talk to them", and disconnected the call. Before the pickup, I got a call from the same "Surjeet Kangda", manager at Jagaran packers and movers (the packers movers hired by Pikkol to get my stuff delivered), who talked to me very politely with addressing me "Sir" and all. But as i mentioned earlier, he became extreme rude at the time of delivery because i had already made the payment. Sharing some pics of the truck which arrived in chennai and also the quality of keeping the goods in the truck. You can clearly see that there is water on the floor at this truck. It rained both in Bangalore as well as Chennai for last week and they did not care at all about the goods.
4. At time of pickup, I told the pickup guys that the wardrobe is fragile, so keep it on the top and dont keep anything on that, They said "Sure, dont worry about it. We will deliver it intact".
5. When i received my stuff in chennai, the mentioned wardrobe got broken completely, Sharing the pics for proof.
