ANU SOLAR WATER HEATING TANK LEAKAGE PROBLEM

I purchased 200 Litres ETC type ANU SOALR WATER HEATING SYSTEM from m/s ANU SOLAR POWER PRIVATE LIMITED PEENYA BENGALORE KARNATKA on 4 TH JANUARY 2014 for a price of Rs.22950/=(Rupees Twenty two thousand Nine Hundred Fifty only) . The Warranty given by the company for the product is 5 Years from the date of Commissioning the Product. The product is installed at the terrace of my Building on 4th January 2014
From 12 th April 2016 onwards , the Anu Solar Water Heating System's Tank developed Multiple leakages and cracks and water leaks continuously from the Tank and spills over the terrace causing huge inconvenience and discomfort
Anu Solar service team was contacted on 29th April at 91 9845529072 and the service team did
not respond to my calls , instead sent an SMS dated 29th April 1:48 PM containing e mail address : service@anusolar.com
An email with Subject : Anu Solar water Heater Leakage problem dated 29th April 2:02 PM
has been sent form my email id : chanmougam@gmail.com to service@anusolar.com mentioning details of the solar water heater tank leakage problem. Till now, nobody from Anu Solar responded and had not sent theri service team to the site
Also , an SMS complaint regarding leakage problem has been sent to 91 9845529072 on 29th April 2016 at 6:39 PM . Also repeat SMS reminder for the same problem has been sent on 2nd May 2016 at :01 PM , and on 9th May at 11:05 A.M
Mr.Goutam from Anu Solar Marketing team was also contacted on 91 8884800631 on 7 th May 2016 and he gave the contact number(91 9986055429) of Mr Vinod Service Incharge
Mr Vinod answered Phone call and assured that he would send service team to my Building
Till Date, Nobody even cared or Bothered to send the service team and all of my repeated
phone calls went unanswered .
Kindly take necessary action and resolve the tank leakage problem . If required, Pls replace the faulty Tank with a good one as the product is under warranty
